Do you remember the feeling when you were younger? You had a bounce in your step and enthusiasm in your heart.

It can seem to fade as you get older but often the effects can be reduced by leading a more healthy lifestyle. We often eat too much, eat too few healthy foods and get too little exercise but we really have no excuse. It is usually a combination of laziness and lack of desire that stops us but we all can try to be more healthy and fitter than we are now.
